Event package builder
Foundation + optional packages
Start with a baseline event foundation, then select the packages your client needs. For each package, decide which optional services to include, then choose the right level: Essential, Elevated or Signature.
The tier logic
Use the tiers as a simple production scale: start lean, add interaction where it matters, or move into a fully customised signature experience. The choice stays flexible per service, not fixed for the whole event.
Baseline event services
Concept coordination, venue rental, AV setup, catering and essential branding materials are included as the foundation.
Step 02
