Start with a baseline event foundation, then select the packages your client needs. For each package, decide which optional services to include, then choose the right level: Essential, Elevated or Signature.

Three tiers to scale production & customisation

Use the tiers as a simple production scale: start lean, add interaction where it matters, or move into a fully customised signature experience. The choice stays flexible per service, not fixed for the whole event.

Each tier includes solution examples to guide scope and direction. These are refined and finalised during the creative conception phase.

Baseline event services

Concept coordination, venue rental, AV setup, catering and essential branding materials are included as the foundation.
